Can you use visa gift cards to buy games on steam?

I don’t have a credit card, paypal or anything in that nature. 100% cash. And I was wondering if there is a way to get games on steam with 1 time use credit card/ visa gift card. I will award best answer.

Visa Gift cards at Walgreens/ randalls etc?

When you go buy a visa gift card at walgreens or any drugstore/grocery store, do you have to be a certain age to purchase them? or do you just buy the card and put the amount of money you want on it?

Can a kid walk into a grocery store and just buy, like, a $200 Visa gift card? What I mean by “kid” is basically anyone under 18.

General Growth malls has a new policy at its 200 plus malls.Cash will no longer be accepted for mall gift card?

This evening me and a friend were walking around a shopping mall in Southern California and saw a big sign near the mall customer service booth.

The sign said as of December 1st,2008 cash will not be accepted for the purchase of mall gift cards. For your convienence we will only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express to purchase mall gift cards.

While me nor my friend has no intent in purchasing an GCP(General Growth Properties) gift card we were both very upset at this business decision.

The mall customer service booth will accept cash for gift card holders, newpapeers, lottery tickets, faxes and photo coppies. This makes no sense.

At Rite Aid and CVS all gift cards such as American Express Gift Cards, Visa Gift cards and Starbucks as well as gap gift cards must only be purchased with cash due to credit card fruad. CVS and Rite Aid have cash only purchase policy for gift cards.

Personally if I’m going to give a gift card I like to pay with cash. I prefer to pay cash for just about everything except for major electronic purchases,online purchases and major car repairs.

Why would GCP(General Growth Properties) refuse cash for their mall gift cards?

CVS, Rite Aid, Ralphs, Vons(Safeway), Albertsons and 7-11 allow customers to buy a gift card with cash.

Any person with a bank savings or checking account can buy bank issued gift cards with cash.

Does Publix sell Visa gift cards?

Theres something I want to get on Amazon but I dont want to use a Credit Card. I live in Florida so I cant buy an Amazon gift card either, so I want to know does Publix (the grocery store) sell Visa Gift Cards? I

If not, do the Visa gift cards you buy at Walmart work on Amazon.com
