What is a Target Wii Gift Card?

I’m sorry, can someone explain to me what exactly a Target Wii Gift Card is? I know nothing about them and really want to know what they are because I plan on buying one. I’d really appreciate it if you could help me.

can you return an unopened video game to bestbuy?

i know if it’s open then you can’t but what if i bought a wii game online because it’s on sale and i want to return it in store or whatever, do i get a refund?

What exactly is gaming hardware?

I received a 20% coupon for Best Buy. I want to purchase a Wii Nunchuck. Although one of the exclusions is gaming hardware. Could I still get 20% from my coupon, if I buy a Wii Nunchuck? Does a Nunchuck qualify as gaming hardware. Before anyone questions me, the Nunchuck is $20 and is NOT on sale, it’s the original price.
